We stand behind our products, and our satisfaction with them is important.  However, if you change your mind about the purchase, you can return it with our truck upon receiving as per the following conditions:

  • The product is a non-refundable item such as customized products, special order products, any product with final sales label. 
  • Product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original package.

Partial goods such as produce, dairy and yogurt, cheeses, fresh protein require client inspection upon receiving and can never be returned nor credited after being received.

Return Request: 

A written request by the client should be submitted to Dallas Metro Food for processing for eligible products.  It would take up to 3 business days to be processed and based on approval.

Based on approval, a credit will be issued to our clients either by issuing a check or credited to client’s account for future purchases.
