This pure Al Dayaa Pomegranate Molasses is made in Lebanon. Pomegranates indigenous to the region are carefully selected and harvested every fall to create a delicate sweet-tart balance. The juice is boiled in large pots over olive wood fires to thicken.
Our Al Dayaa Pomegranate Molasses is a traditional Middle Eastern syrup extracted from fresh pomegranates. It has a thick and syrupy texture with a tangy flavor. It is usually used over savory dishes, salads, and especially the Fattoush salad.
