Byblos Lebni is a pasteurized kefir cheese that contains live probiotic cultures and is made with cultured pasteurized milk and cream, nonfat milk, lactose reduced nonfat milk, and enzymes. It's a thick, spreadable cheese that's sometimes called "yogurt cheese" and has a texture that's similar to mascarpone or cream cheese.
