What is your distribution range?

75 miles radius; local delivery available free of charge with minimum order ($750) required. Orders should be placed within two days in advance.

What is your delivery schedule by area?

Monday to Friday delivery. 

For stock items, orders must be placed 48 hours in advance upon order confirmation. 

For special products, one to two weeks lead time.

For international imports, one to two months based on the country of origin as well as the releases by FDA and Customs and Border Protection

What are the acceptable payment methods?

Credit card + fee up to 3%, checks, wire transfer, and E-check.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, and a tax ID will be required to open an account with DMF. You can fill in this form  and email your tax ID to customerservice@dallasmetrofood.com. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 12 hours from the confirmation time without fees.  After 12 hours, there will be a re-stocking fee applied. To cancel, please reply using our confirmation emailed to you.

When do I have to order?
